Binding Arbitration: If informal resolution fails, you and CineMap agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by a mutually agreed arbitrator in Victoria, Australia. Each party bears its own costs.

If modification is not possible, the invalid provision will be severed, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
